Follow our simple steps to submit your lottery prize claim and all of the required information securely and directly to OLG.

This process takes about 10 minutes. Depending on the amount of the prize we’ll either mail you a cheque in about a week, follow up with you regarding additional required information or help you schedule an appointment to claim your prize in-person at the OLG Prize Centre. Claims of $50,000 or more require an interview with our team.

To complete the process, you will need to upload:

An image of the front of your ticket
An image of the back of your ticket
An image of the front of your government issued photo ID
An image of the back of your government issued photo ID
